Joel has been involved in building interactive programs for over nine years. Initially he worked in Microsoft Windows development but made the leap to interactive websites in late 1999. His goal is the development of intuitive and usable system that focus on the end user. He feels that the most important aspect of any interactive product is usability - and considers the needs of the end user as the most important goal of any project. Along with Joel are several designers and programmers, all having different areas of expertise. With all projects, each member of the team has customer service in mind. We constantly assess our performance in term of how it helps the customer and the customers clients.
